Tobago has the most beautiful beaches. Millers guest house is on Buccoo beach. Amazing location.

Cons
Nothing really bad. Doesn't have amenities of a hotel. But for a hostel it exceeds expectations.
Pros
Location is amazing. Its like having a private beach. "Sunday School Party" is guaranteed fun.

I had the most amazing time in Tobago and living at Miller's Guest House in Buccoo was fantastic and really added to the experience. I stayed there from 3/18/07 to 3/24/07. The beach is right outside the Guest house and the water is crystal clear. The location is amazing. Its like having a private beach since its never crowded. Very peaceful and relaxing. The best part of Miller's Guest house is that it gives you a quiet, peaceful, relaxing time as well as the best party in Tobago. If you are visiting Tobago, you have to experience the biggest party in Tobago called 'Sunday School Party". People from all over Tobago come to Buccoo for this party on Sunday evening which goes on until dawn. Food vendors from all over set up food stands and barbeques where you can sample some great local cuisine. The guest house is very clean. Nice hot showers, clean beds. I stayed in the deluxe rooms which were very spacious. Its not a hotel by any means. But you really can't call it a hostel either. Its somewhere in between. The price is excellent. For US$20 to $25, it is an unbelievable value. Winston ("Ses") who runs the place is very friendly and often hangs out with the guests. He also has a fully stocked bar if you want to sit by the beach and have some "rum punch" or local beers like "Carib" and "Stag". You can even carry your drinks on the road. He also serves a very nice breakfast for a couple of dollars every morning. They have a computer with internet. But its a dialup connection so not that great. But you can't expect more from Tobago which is almost an undiscovered tourist destination. The people are so laid back that you wonder how they live. From what I could tell, Tobagonians love their music, dance, rum punch, sleep... and their chicken! Just go light on the Pepper Sauce! Some things to do in Tobago: Definitely visit Buccoo Reef (theres a boat starting from Millers every day) for some amazing snorkelling. My buddy and I rented a car and also went snorkelling at Grafton, Arnos vale and Mount Irvine. Amazing coral and fishes every where. Sting rays, baby sharks and turtles were some of the highlights. I especially liked Mount Irvine. For the beaches, you have Buccoo which is right at Millers, don't miss Englishmans Bay, Pigeon Point and some of the snorkelling places I mentioned above. All in all, I give Millers Guest House a 10 on 10 for the location, friendly service and value for the money. If I visit Tobago again, there is no question where I am going to stay.

I've traveled around the Americas for five months now and this was absolutely the worst place I have stayed. Besides not picking me up at the airport as promised, the guy in charge was rude and unnecessarily brusque. I highly recommend that you do NOT stay at this "guest house" as there are other (better) ones nearby.
