I stayed in one of the chalets in a double room. Price was very good and it is only a small walk into town and to the bars. everything was clean and tidy and wasn't rowdy there at all. was nice to have a pool to get into when it was hot.

I have been to Tiare village 3 times now, and each time has been nothing less than perfection. From the minute adrienne picks you up from the airport you coudnt be mad to feel more welcome. I have compared alot of the hostels in raro and tiare seems to be the best, offering great value for money, very very tidy and clean and thats not to mention brilliant atmosphere. I read couple of reviews from here saying all sorts of things about this place i dont know where they have been but it wasnt here. The house is always open for people to come and go, and the beautiful gardens provide a great breakfast nothing quite like going to pick your own mango and papaya for breakfast!! So would i recommend it to ROTW backpackers or even just people keen on going the cooks, YES without a doubt! So if you fancy unwinding sitting back, meeting great people and enjoying 'island time' i thoroughly recommend it.

I stayed there about 4 weeks ago and found the place filthy. I moved to another hostel the next day and found it excellent as well as being slightly cheaper then Tiare Village. I filed a complaint with the Tourist bureau and they said they would send it on to the accredited bureau and I would hear from them. So far I have heard nothing.
